VSE Awarded $99M Contract To Support The U.S. Coast Guard’s FMS Program Contract

VSE Corporation (Nasdaq: VSEC) reported today that its International Group has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide program and technical support services for Security Assistance Projects administered by the U.S. Coast Guard Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. This single-award contract has a five-year period of performance (base year plus four one-year options) and a ceiling in excess of $99 million.

Under this contract, VSE’s International Group will provide comprehensive program support, financial analysis, engineering, industrial, technical, logistics and transportation, warehouse and supply, and training support services for the purpose of acquiring, storing, reactivating, repairing, overhauling, refitting, modifying, transporting and transferring Ex-USCG Cutters, boats and related materials to foreign maritime services.

In that time, we successfully transferred 13 USCG Cutters and 68 craft.”
