ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) is pleased to announce the election of its president,
Chris Jahn, as Incoming Chairman-Elect of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW)'s Association Executives Council (AEC). This position carries with it a three year term, including one year as Chairman. The election was held at NAW's AEC meeting in
Washington, DC, last week.
Mr. Jahn will succeed
Tim Buche, president of the Motorcycle Industry Council in this role and as he ascends through the chair positions.
"NACD has been involved with NAW and its AEC programs over the years. I've found practical guidance at events and through peer networking for my Association and derived valuable results. I believe the AEC continues to provide a forum for association executives in the distribution industry to learn and grow. I look forward to working with the NAW Board of Directors and the AEC leadership team, as well as the NAW staff over the next few years," said
Chris Jahn on his election.
