Five Star Quality Care, Inc. (NYSE: FVE) today announced that it will host a conference call in conjunction with the announcement of its fourth quarter 2012 financial results.

Five Star plans to issue a press release containing its fourth quarter 2012 financial results before the NYSE opens on Friday, February 15, 2013. Later that morning, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Bruce Mackey, President and Chief Executive Officer, Paul Hoagland, Chief Financial Officer, and Scott Herzig, Chief Operating Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter 2012 financial results.
