SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Protection Service, a division of Universal Services of America and one of the largest providers of security services in the U.S., is excited to announce that they have acquired All Phase Security, Inc. Since 1994, All Phase Security, Inc. has been providing top quality uniformed security services and investigations in the Northern California area.
