solutions, today kicks off its Summit Invitational 2013 event in Maui, Hawaii. The training event will host more than 140 of the company’s top field leaders from North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South Africa, giving corporate executives and staff the opportunity to not only share key initiatives but also gain valuable input on shaping the plans for the company in 2013 and beyond.
The event kicks off this evening, February 4, with a welcome reception, and concludes with planned outings and group activities on Friday, February 8. Three General Sessions for all guests will take place throughout the week. Presentations will include a review of 2012 sales initiatives, as well as plans and discussions on upcoming product launches, campaigns, sales tools and more. In addition, individual market meetings will also occur. Overall, the company aims to equip its leaders from all over the world more effectively and profitably in 2013 by harnessing the power of the Mannatech global, seamless downline capability.
Sales training will center on the Xtreme Food Makeover (XFM) campaign, a unique presentation and process that educates consumers about the vast and sometimes shocking differences between highly processed foods and synthetic supplements as compared to Real Food Technology supplementation from Mannatech. Launched in Fall 2012, the XFM campaign has rolled out quickly in many of the company’s markets. Independent Associates will actually be holding an Xtreme Food Makeover event onsite on Wednesday, February 6.
