Prior to Omniture, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of MyFamily.com, Inc. (now Ancestry.com) where he led efforts that redefined its business model and made it a top-five subscription business on the Internet. Mr. Herring joined MyFamily.com through the acquisition of Third Age Media in October 2000, where he served as Vice President of finance, helping to grow it from concept to execution. Prior to Third Age Media, he served as Controller of Anergen Inc. Mr. Herring is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
