Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. Announces First Distribution

Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SXE) (the “Partnership”) today announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a pro-rated cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2012 of $0.24 per unit. This distribution is the first declared by the Partnership and corresponds to the minimum quarterly distribution of $0.40 per unit, or $1.60 on an annualized basis, pro-rated for the portion of the quarter following the closing of the Partnership’s initial public offering on November 7, 2012. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2013 to all unitholders of record on February 11, 2013.
