MDH Radiology, through its unique and comprehensive delivery model, will utilize Sectra Breast Imaging PACS to provide remote reading of mammograms to its customers according to a recently signed agreement with the international medical imaging IT company,

The agreement also includes integrated breast density software provided by Volpara™, digital reporting software and Breast Cancer Risk profiles by PenRad™ and Merge Healthcare's CADstream™ for breast MRI readings. Via a multi-tiered service offering, MDH Radiology will assist healthcare providers to bridge the gap in their existing breast imaging and biopsy services.

All digital breast images, even breast tomosynthesis, regardless of modality vendor, are automatically displayed in the same size with correct orientation and alignment, facilitating comparison of current and prior images.
