Alkermes (ALKS) was upgraded to Buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Amerigas Partners (APU) was upgraded to Buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Bob Evans (BOBE) was downgraded at Keybanc from buy to hold. Have less confidence in near-term growth potential, Keybanc said.

Buffalo Wild Wings (AJG) was upgraded at Keybanc from hold to buy. Valuation call, based on an $85 price target, Keybanc said.

Chubb (CB) was upgraded at Deutsche Bank from hold to buy. $90 price target. Company offers the best value in the industry, Deutsche said.

Flowserve (FLS) was downgraded at UBS to neutral from buy. $160 price target. Move to neutral while awaiting big projects, UBS said.

Gamestop (GME) was upgraded at Piper Jaffray to overweight. Company is leveraged to a solid near-term release slate, Piper Jaffray said. $28 price target.

Healthsouth (HLS) was downgraded at Deutsche Bank from buy to hold. Valuation call, based on a $25 price target, Deutsche said.

Hillshire Brands (HSH) was upgraded at DA Davidson to neutral. $32 price target. Estimates were also raised as the company is cutting costs, DA Davidson said.

Harris Teeter (HTSI) was downgraded at UBS to neutral from buy. $42 price target. Following the right strategy, but costing more than expected, UBS said.

Invesco (IVZ) was downgraded at Morgan Stanley from overweight to equal-weight. $30 price target. Company lacks near-term catalysts, Morgan Stanley said.

Keynote Systems (KEYN) was upgraded to Buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Louisiana-Pacific (LPX) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform. $24 price target. Stock is attractive, following a recent pullback, BMO Capital said.

Landstar (LSTR) was downgraded at J.P. Morgan from overweight to neutral. $58 price target. Company has limited near-term visibility, J.P. Morgan said.

Life Time Fitness (LTM) was downgraded at William Blair to market perform. Estimates were also cut, given the company's new guidance, William Blair said.

Mastercard (MA) was downgraded at Wells Fargo to market perform. Valuation call, as the stock is up 131% since the beginning of 2011, Wells Fargo said.

Methanex (MEOH) was downgraded to Hold at TheStreet Ratings.

Nordion (NDZ) was downgraded to Sell at TheStreet Ratings.

Oracle (ORCL) was upgraded at BMO Capital from market perform to outperform. $43 price target. Sales growth outlook has improved materially, BMO Capital said.

Paccar (PCAR) was upgraded at Wells Fargo from market perform to outperform. Consensus earnings expectations now appear achievable, Wells Fargo said.
