Johnny Honggang Zhu
, the general manager of Charm Click, has been promoted to vice president of Charm, effective immediately.
Mr. Zhu will continue to lead Charm Click, as well as take on a new role as head of Charm Interactive's business in northern
. Mr. Zhu will continue to report directly to Mr. He Dang, the Company's founder, chairman and chief executive officer.
