CHICAGO, Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: BEE) will report financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2012 after the close of business on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. A quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 28, 2013. Management will discuss the company's fourth quarter and full-year 2012 results.
