Chuy's Holdings, Inc. Announces Completion Of Secondary Public Offering Of Common Stock And Exercise Of Option To Purchase Additional Shares

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chuy's Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHUY) today announced the successful completion of a secondary public offering of 5,175,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $25.00 per share, which included 675,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares. All of the shares were offered by certain existing shareholders of the Company. The issuance and sale of the shares closed on January 30, 2013.

Jefferies and Baird served as joint book-running managers for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Raymond James and Stephens Inc. served as co-managers for the offering.
