NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Deere (NYSE:DE) hit a new 52-week high Wednesday as it is currently trading at $95.13, above its previous 52-week high of $95.10 with 773,800 shares traded as of 11:20 a.m. ET. Average volume has been 2.8 million shares over the past 30 days.

Deere has a market cap of $36.48 billion and is part of the industrial goods sector and industrial industry. Shares are up 8.8% year to date as of the close of trading on Tuesday.

Deere & Company manufactures and distributes agriculture and turf equipment, and construction and forestry equipment worldwide. The company has a P/E ratio of 12.3, below the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7.
