Walgreens Take Care Health Systems And Community Health Network Announce Clinical Collaboration Agreement

The clinical collaboration includes Take Care Clinic locations in Warren Township and Washington Township in Indianapolis; Downtown Indianapolis; Lawrence Township in Lawrence; and Clay Township in Carmel.
