BD Board Declares Dividend
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 49.5 cents per common share, payable on March 29, 2013 to holders of record on March 8, 2013. The indicated annual dividend rate is $1.98 per share.
