Barlow has more than 36 years of experience leading and delivering technology solutions in the aerospace and defense sector. He previously served as Director of NGA's Acquisition Directorate, where he was responsible for the development and deployment of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) worldwide. He has also served as NGA's Chief Architect, NGA's Chief Engineer, and Program Manager for the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence.
