Lambert has been an industry expert and proven authority in the sales enablement field for more than 10 years, with a concentration on the human aspect of sales enablement disciplines and practices.
Prior to joining GP Strategies, Lambert served as a Senior Analyst for Forrester Research, a world-renowned research organization, where he was a sales enablement human capital thought leader to Fortune 500 executives. For the preceding four years, Lambert spearheaded the sales learning and development practice at the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the leading international organization of learning development professionals, where he developed content, tools and training programs for sales learning professionals and trainers.
In his role at GP Strategies, Lambert will use his industry analyst and research background to build the right content, tools, capabilities and processes that the sales team and clients need to ultimately improve and sustain performance in today's knowledge-worker intense environment.
