(Nasdaq:MIPS), a leading provider of industry-standard processor architectures and cores for home entertainment, networking, mobile and embedded applications, announced today that its Aptiv™ generation of microprocessor cores has received the award for "Best Processor IP of 2012" from The Linley Group in the analyst firm's annual Analysts' Choice Awards.
