Leading Maine Economist Charles Colgan Joins TideSmart Talk With Stevoe To Discuss Ways To Move Maine Forward

Colgan, a professor of public policy and management at the University of Southern Maine's Muskie School of Public Service and Woods, TideSmart Global President/CEO and a declared 2014 Maine gubernatorial candidate, discussed some of the innovative economic solutions surrounding Maine's infrastructure, energy, industry and geography.
