ATLANTA, Jan. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- DU Refi Plus || HARP 2.0 (Home Affordable Refinance Program) -- Primary Capital has expanded the guidelines on its DU Refi Plus program.  Newly updated parameters for Owner Occupied properties include a 150 LTV, Unlimited CLTV and 620 minimum FICO score.  Second Homes allow a 150 LTV, Unlimited CLTV and 680 minimum FICO score.  Investment properties allow a 105 LTV, 110 CLTV and 680 minimum FICO score.  Primary Capital will also accept MI transfers from MGIC, UG, Radian and GE.
