-based Energy Kitchen.
Energy Kitchen's retail location at
's Lincoln Center features menu items which are grilled, baked or steamed, always less than 500 calories and made fresh to order.
"Students today are more conscious about what they put in their body and know the importance of eating healthier. College campuses are a natural progression for Energy Kitchen because students are requesting these healthier food options" said Energy Kitchen Chairman
