), an investment banking and alternative asset management firm, announced today that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of senior notes due 2023. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
UBS Securities LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and JMP Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers, and Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. and MLV & Co. LLC are acting as co-managers of the offering. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase additional senior notes to cover over-allotments, if any.
