(NASDAQ: FINL) announced today that its board of directors has approved an increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.06 to $0.07 per share of outstanding common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable March 18, 2013 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2013.
