The combined capability that results from this alliance – which includes BIM, CAD, CRM, and operational workflow – provides homebuilders with the remarkable ability to tie BIM and CAD home-design files directly to sales, estimating, and accounting, as well as to purchasing, work orders, and scheduling systems.
The breakthrough result of this alliance is that homebuilders can now construct custom or semi-custom homes at production speeds, with the costs and predictability typically associated with production homebuilding.
