The Board of Directors of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MMC), a global professional services firm providing advice in risk, strategy and human capital, today declared a quarterly dividend of $.23 per share on outstanding common stock, payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on January 28, 2013.
