AXA Equitable Names Beth Pasciucco Head Of Brand Management And Customer Experience

NEW YORK, Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company announces today that Beth Pasciucco joins the organization as managing director and head of Brand Management and Customer Experience.

Pasciucco, a financial services industry marketing veteran, will lead brand strategy, customer experience, advertising and marketing communications. She also becomes a member of AXA Equitable's executive management group and the Marketing and Communications leadership team.

The appointment reflects AXA Equitable's continued commitment to marketing and communications as critical engines of growth, brand awareness, and customer centricity.

Prior to founding Pasciucco Consulting, LLC, Beth served as chief marketing officer, Global Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, and was a member of their Operating Committee. She was also managing director, director of marketing for the Institutional Retirement business at Putnam Investments, and was subsequently named Worldwide Partner and the director of global marketing for Mercer Outsourcing.   Beth held the most senior marketing position at Fidelity Investments for Fidelity Personal Investments, managing retail promotion to individual investors.  Her career began on the ad agency side of the business at Arnold Worldwide and predecessor firms, managing financial and retail clients.

Pasciucco holds a B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts and is a member of the Board of Trustees for Next Step Foundation, Cambridge, MA.
