BGC France Holdings Acquires Ginalfi Finance

PARIS, Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- BGC France Holdings, a subsidiary of BGC Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: BGCP) ("BGC Partners" or "BGC"), today announced that it has acquired Ginalfi Finance, an interdealer broker based in Paris specializing in the intermediation of money markets products, credit bonds, government bonds and SWAPs.
