The total dividend distribution of $1.24 per share is classified for income tax purposes as follows: $0.534340 (43.09194%) per share as a Non-Dividend Distribution (return of capital) and $0.705660 (56.90806%) per share as a 15% rate Capital Gain Distribution on the 2012 Form 1099-Div.
