NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" last night:

American Capital Agency (AGNC): "I believe this company can handle this yield curve. I'm going to say buy, buy, buy."

Prospect Capital (PSEC): "I think the economy is stronger than people think. I'm a buyer."

Caterpillar (CAT): "I think CAT is too high. I'd buy it under $90."

Kelly Services (KELYA): "I think with all the new rules companies will be using Kelly rather than hiring people full-time."

FirstEnergy (FE): "I'm going to say don't buy. The utilities remain in the doghouse."

Express Scripts (ESRX): "I think it's OK to buy but other plays are better. I like CVS Caremark (CVS)."
