AIG To Report Fourth Quarter 2012 Results On February 21, 2013
American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) will report financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012, after the market closes on Thursday, February 21, 2013. AIG’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, press release, and financial supplement will be available in the Investor Information section of AIG’s website at http://www.aig.com.
AIG will also host a conference call on Friday, February 22, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. ET to review these results. The call is open to the public and can be accessed via a live, listen-only webcast at http://www.aig.com. A replay will be available after the call at the same location.
