Andrea and Anthony Temperino's harrowing story after they were told they could never have children naturally with his near zero sperm count and her suffering from Myasthenia Gravis.
Andrea has an acute form of the disorder called muscle-specific tyrosine kinase or (MuSK), weakening the muscles and affecting swallowing, speech and breathing.

The campaign is already drawing attention, as the non-profit started by the
Coral Springs couple has received several donations thus far, including its website created by
LIMUS Design Inc., and for their new bundles of joy, baby eyelid cleansing wipes, supplied by
Dr. Fischer, a global pharmaceutical company, that heard about their plight.
The Temperino's are grateful to the
University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital "dream team" who saved the lives of their newborn triplets, as well as Andrea. The triplets were born after two health scares that almost claimed the lives of Andrea and her unborn children.

University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital who correctly diagnosed Andrea with the rare autoimmune disorder," said Madden.
The Temperino's used in vitro fertilization for both pregnancies. The 34-year-old mom, who had a problem-free first pregnancy, began having difficulty swallowing, breathing; followed by an odd numbing sensation around her lips.
