(Nasdaq: GNOM) ("Complete") announced today that they have obtained clearance from the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China regarding BGI's proposed acquisition of Complete pursuant to the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of September 15, 2012, among BGI, Beta Acquisition Corporation and Complete.
