Chicago Accounting Firm Porte Brown Names Knight As New Partner

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., Jan. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Porte Brown LLC, www.PorteBrown.com, a Chicagoland accounting firm providing accounting, audit, tax, technology and wealth management services, announces that Genevra Knight, CPA, CCIFP has been admitted as Partner. 

Knight brings more than fourteen years of experience in her new role on Porte Brown's accounting and consulting services team in the Elk Grove Village office. She provides tax consulting and accounting services for individuals and closely held businesses and is also one of the leaders of Porte Brown's Audit, Not-for-Profit, and Construction Practice Groups. Knight graduated from Bradley University with a B.S. in Accounting.  She is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and currently serves on the Palatine Chamber of Commerce and belongs to the Federation of Woman Contractors.  Knight grew up in Crystal Lake, IL and now resides in Chicago.
