The acquisition includes Magnon Solutions, the award-winning domestic digital agency, and Magnon International, a digital outsourcing agency that serves clients across five continents.
Founded in 2000 by Vineet Bajpai, Magnon employs nearly 150 professionals between Mumbai and New Delhi.
