boardwalk, which is the longest non-commercial boardwalk in New Jersey. The
boardwalk was completely destroyed during Hurricane Sandy.

The project will be completed in three phases with the intention of getting the boardwalk operational by
weekend 2013, the first big beach weekend for the Jersey shore. The initial phase will start at the South Pavilion and work its way North. The project includes re-building the boardwalk's entire understructure and then installing approximately 25,000 TimberTech deck boards.
