KELOWNA, British Columbia, Jan. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DayStar Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:DSTI) is pleased to announce that it has filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2012 with the SEC earlier today. The Company expected to sign off and file its Form 10-Q on November 15, 2012 when it was required, however, was late due to a change in its Chief Financial Officer.
