Leading Long Term Care Insurance Distributors Announce Merger

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The National LTC Network is pleased to announce the merger of two of its member firms' Long Term Care insurance brokerage operations. Effective January 1, 2013, Individual Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (ICB) and Gelbwaks Executive Marketing Corp. (GEM) are combining their two award-winning and nationally-recognized operations.

The new organization will utilize all of the same outstanding employees - working in their current locations - as before the merger. In addition, all of the same top quality insurance companies will continue to be available to their producers.

The new brokerage operation will be headed by a management team comprised of Rick Eldridge, Vice President from ICB, Aaron Paglia, Vice President from ICB, and Julie Gelbwaks Gewirtz, Executive VP from GEM. For the foreseeable future, the combined operation will continue to use both the ICB and GEM names.
