The new season of TRUE CRIME WITH APHRODITE JONES premieres on Monday, January 7 at 10 PM (E/P) and includes a prison interview with former New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts linebacker, Eric Naposki . In 2012, Naposki was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his lover's millionaire boyfriend in 1994, but he still maintains his innocence. Then on Monday, January 14 at 10 PM (E/P), Jones covers the trial of Casey Anthony , who was acquitted of murdering her toddler, Caylee Anthony, in July 2011. The episode includes interviews with Judge Stan Stickland as well as defense lawyer Jose Baez in a powerful interview that gives viewers incomparable insight into how the defense functioned and, in the end, how they won. Jones also analyzes the details behind what the jury saw that those outside of the courtroom missed in their acquittal of Casey Anthony.
