NEW YORK (AP) ⿿ A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 30,700 shares changed hands, a 83.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.06 or .2 percent to $27.84.

Inphi Corp. : Approximately 38,100 shares changed hands, a 84.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.22 or 2.4 percent to $9.05.

Marine Products Corp. : Approximately 3,000 shares changed hands, a 82.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.04 or .7 percent to $5.61.

MetroPCS Inc. : Approximately 2,334,300 shares changed hands, a 81.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.07 or .7 percent to $9.81.

Panhandle Royalty Co. : Approximately 1,400 shares changed hands, a 82.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.52 or 1.9 percent to $27.43.

Primero Mining Corp. : Approximately 101,000 shares changed hands, a 80.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .5 percent to $6.26.

Steel Partners Holdings Ltd. : Approximately 900 shares changed hands, a 93.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.04 or .3 percent to $12.36.

Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc. : Approximately 324,400 shares changed hands, a 82.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.08 or 1.3 percent to $6.29.
