Herbalife Ltd., up $1.09 at $29.39 Shares of the nutritional supplements company continued to rise ahead of its analyst day meeting to discuss its business model. Tower International Inc., up 63 cents at $8.07 The metal company said that it sold its Korean business in order to strengthen the company and increase shareholder value. Nasdaq MagicJack VocalTec Ltd., up $1.67 at $17.95 The internet phone company named a new chief executive officer and issued a strong forecast for its fourth quarter. Synchronoss Technologies Inc., up 68 cents at $21.17 The mobile services company bought NewBay from Research In Motion Ltd. for $55.5 million to expand its cloud-based services. Canadian Solar Inc., down 10 cents at $3.27 The solar panel maker completed the purchase of two solar power projects from MEMC Electronic Materials Inc.'s SunEdison unit.
