Cisco Presents TSMC With Silicon EcoSystem Excellence Award

SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TSMC (TWSE: 2330, NYSE: TSM) has been honored as this year's recipient of the Cisco 2012 Silicon EcoSystem Excellence Award.

The award recognizes TSMC for performing beyond expectations by partnering with Cisco as a critical supply chain partner in the development of advanced technologies in the areas of Silicon wafer manufacturing, IC packaging, assembly and testing.  The distinction was presented at Cisco's 21 ^st annual Supplier Appreciation Event in Santa Clara, Calif.
