Funding for this program is provided by the Library Services and Technology Act administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the West Virginia Library Commission in partnership with the West Virginia Region 2 Workforce Investment Board. West Virginia Region 2 Workforce Investment Board includes seven rural counties located in southwest West Virginia.
