HOUSTON, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEN) will hold its conference call to discuss results for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2012 on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
