WALDORF, Md., Dec. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Bank of Tri-County is proud to support the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) in their efforts to deliver quality higher education programs and services in our region. On December 13, 2012 Community Bank of Tri-County presented the final installment of a $100,000 donation, which was originally pledged as part of the CSM "Campaign for the Next 50 Years," in 2009.
"The College of Southern is a critical resource for educational opportunities in Southern Maryland. With our donation, we are underscoring our support for CSM and its role to serve the growing need in our community for academic excellence," said Michael Middleton, Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank of Tri-County.

Additionally, the funds have endowed the Scholarships for Success fund."Community Bank of Tri-County is a philanthropic leader in Southern Maryland, and we are grateful for the strong support they have generously provided throughout the years.
