Omnicom Agencies Sweep Campaign Agency Of The Year Awards

NEW YORK, SINGAPORE and BEIJING, Dec. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), the leading global marketing and communications company, won a record 73 creative awards at the 2012 Campaign Asia Pacific and Greater China Agency of the Year Awards held in Singapore and Shanghai.

In Greater China, Omnicom agencies won top accolades, including BBDO/Proximity winning the Creative Agency of the Year and PHD taking Media Agency of the Year. TBWA/ Shanghai took home a bronze for China Creative Agency of the Year.

In Australia/ New Zealand, DDB was awarded the Creative Agency of the Year, PHD picked up the Media Agency of the Year award, RAPP Tribal won the title of Digital Agency of the Year and Eleven PR won the PR Agency of the Year. Colenso BBDO won Agency of the Year in New Zealand. TBWA\Digital Arts Network (DAN) scored a bronze as Digital Agency of the Year for Australia and New Zealand.

In Southeast Asia, DDB and PHD were crowned the Creative and Media Agency of the Year, respectively. OMD won the Media Agency of the Year in Thailand while PHD won Indonesia's Media Agency of the Year.

DDB won Creative Agency of the Year in Singapore and Philippines. TBWA\DAN continued their momentum on the digital front by winning Digital Agency of the Year in Singapore
