Lexington Technology Group, Inc.'s pending merger with
Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE MKT: DSS) remains on pace to close in the first half of 2013. The merger registration statement on Form S-4 has been filed and is in the review process with the SEC and the parties look forward to a shareholder vote in the spring of 2013.
