Time Warner Cable Names Kevin Leddy Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) announced today that Kevin J. Leddy has been named Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy. He reports to Peter Stern, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy, People and Corporate Development Officer.

Most recently Time Warner Cable’s EVP, Technology Policy and Product Management, Mr. Leddy will retain responsibility for the company’s technology policy and strategy and assume additional responsibility for enterprise-wide business strategy.

Kevin is an experienced, accomplished and acknowledged leader in technology, marketing, product management and strategy. He is the ideal person to lead overall strategy for Time Warner Cable,” Mr. Stern said in making the announcement.

Mr. Leddy joined the company (then Warner Amex Cable) in 1980 and held various positions before becoming chief marketing officer in 1990. In 1999, he moved into product management and strategic planning. Before joining Time Warner Cable, he worked at the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). He holds a B.A. from Colby College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
