Atlantic Trust Opens Office In Delaware

ATLANTA, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Trust, the private wealth management division of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), announced today it is opening a new office in Wilmington, Delaware at 1201 North Orange Street, Suite 705, marking the firm's 12 ^th office in the U.S.

Managing Director Dee Ann Schedler will serve as head of the new Delaware office, with Managing Director Jeffrey C. Dillman, CFA, serving as senior relationship manager. Both professionals will continue to maintain their current client relationships within the Mid-Atlantic region, as well.

Schedler has more than 25 years of industry experience, joining Atlantic Trust in 2004 from SunTrust Bank, where she had served as regional managing director of the personal asset management division. Previously, she was a managing director and senior portfolio manager with Riggs & Co. private client division and a portfolio manager at ASB Capital Management. Schedler graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Dillman has more than 31 years of industry experience, joining Atlantic Trust in 2008 from Bessemer Trust Company of Delaware, where he was a principal and senior client account manager. Previously, he was responsible for managing a team of investment and fiduciary officers for BNY Mellon Wealth Management and served as a senior investment officer at U.S. Trust Company. Dillman earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
