Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE:ODP), a leading global provider of office supplies and services has now added PayPal to its selection of online payment options, giving customers a secure way to pay for purchases on www.officedepot.com.

Using PayPal on www.officedepot.com simplifies the online checkout process by providing shoppers with a quick, and secure option to pay for purchases without sharing financial information. PayPal can also help shorten the time needed to checkout as customers do not need to type the billing and shipping addresses or financial information that it is already stored securely in their PayPal account.

Just in time for the busy online holiday shopping season, Office Depot customers can pay for purchases by using either their existing PayPal account or create a new PayPal account through a convenient link on the Office Depot website shown during the checkout process.

PayPal currently has 117 million active registered accounts worldwide and is available in 190 markets.

A record of the purchases will be available on customers’ PayPal accounts and the payment details will be available for future purchases, allowing customers to speed through checkout. PayPal also provides protection against eligible unauthorized payments.
