Tempur-Pedic International Inc. manufactures, markets, and distributes bedding products in North America and internationally. It offers mattresses, pillows, and adjustable bed bases, as well as various cushions and other comfort products. Tempur-Pedic International has a market cap of $1.67 billion and is part of the consumer goods sector. The company has a P/E ratio of 13, below the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are down 46.7% year to date as of the close of trading on Wednesday. Currently there are four analysts that rate Tempur-Pedic International a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and nine rate it a hold.

TheStreet Ratings rates Tempur-Pedic International as a hold. Among the primary strengths of the company is its expanding profit margins over time. At the same time, however, we also find weaknesses including a generally disappointing performance in the stock itself, weak operating cash flow and feeble growth in the company's earnings per share.
